Ok so I need some better and more direct information on how to go about forming a union at my workplace. Look I get that it's a lot of work and Ive been taking a sizeable amount of effort into doing the ground work. But I keep running into a wall of what the next steps are. I don't want to involve anyone else outside of the like 4 people that know what's going on until I know what I need to really do. Our company is like 75 people in the warehouse and there are stores as well. I am not really sure what to do and I don't want to risk my job by coming half steppin.
