Short and sweet question, because I talked to a friend and they literally said they have never because every job they ended up taking they were so desperate for income they literally didn't care what it stated. They did work for large companies who have high turn over so likely, they don't have the staff to check up on very employee no matter the actual guidelines. But it was mind blowing.
