So many jobs expect a bachelors degree or higher and want to pay $30k

I’m 18, just wrapping up my first year of college. I’m applying for full time work as a receptionist, saving up to buy a house next summer. I have my Microsoft office specialist certification, and 3 years of employment history as a nanny and fitness class instructor. I’ve applied for maybe 15 jobs so far and none have gotten back to me. All the jobs I applied for were $25-40k paying jobs, as a receptionist/assistant. They all wanted at least 4 years of experience as a receptionist/customer service or a bachelors degree. How is anyone that experienced going to go for something paying that low???
