Okay so i work at a chain store in a deli, ive had to call out multiple times because they won't accommodate.
Roommate had covid, they tried to make me come in
Injury that lead to doctors appointments, decides they could do my schedule change and ignored it for three weeks then said i wasnt a team player for wanting that day off every week so i chose another day
I had to call out a few times over this, so now im on probation except ive been on probation for like 2 months and they wont tell me when it ends and i was given no warning before hand, i have to come to work vomiting until they send me home or i lose my job.
