The pay is pretty good for the area, with a bonus program but to really make money you need to work 11-12 hour days. Turnover rate is very high. The person with the longest tenure in my office has been here 3 years. Most of us are at or under 6 months. It's a dirty job out in the weather that I'm only still here because of the insurance.
