I work at a call center for an internet company. Today I received an email from the CEO of the company stating how he wants to “invest more in us”. What the extra ‘investment’ included were

extension of benefits to part-time employees

the company will absorb cost increases for healthcare

more vacation days
I was really glad to hear these were coming into action but one thing I didn’t include above was more annual bonuses for supervisors and salaried employees. I’m mad that we, as customer service reps, never get considered for any type of bonus. All of us deal with shitty customers back to back. We get burnt out often.
I’m happy we’re getting extra benefits but it’s an incredibly stressful job. We’re definitely worth being added on to annual bonuses.
