I been probably applying for jobs for 2-3 months now; it’s bad out there. In the past I would’ve gotten hired easily, and now I’m getting turned down so quickly. I go on indeed and I perfectly match with what they’re looking for, but keep getting declined (they won’t even interview me). On their job assessments I score pretty well. Last week I went to an interview and got hired but they pay is lower then I was getting paid at my last position, and they wanted me to work more hours as well( looking for part time as I have another park time job ). I went back they posted another ad with a lower pay and looking for a full time employee. They completely wasted my time. I looked up the companies that denied me to email them and ask why I the hell wasn’t I even offered an interview, but can never find an email. I know I can do the job, have good references, yet I won’t even be given a chance. Fuck all this.
