Some of my coworkers would rather get injured than turn a machine off.

Yesterday I had a meeting at work about how multiple coworkers were ignoring safety practices despite guards on the equipment and a signs around the plant that says “no job is so important and no service is so urgent that we can not take our time and do our work safely”.
