Somebody Called OSHA on my Workplace

This morning when we all got to work we were told there would be a meeting in the warehouse . My supervisor and his boss came out and told all of us a current employee has contacted OSHA about work place safety and not getting proper certification/training on forklifts . Of course they try to spin it and make it appear like it’s our fault and minimize all the issues the warehouse is currently facing . The problem is , while we were in a large group the supervisors as well as another employee start asking who did it and basically telling the person to raise their hand so that everybody can know and talk through it . Supervisors also added a ton of BS rules regarding headphones , having phones in the building , staggering breaks so people can’t hangout on break together. I’m just wondering is this allowed…

I’m just wondering is this allowed ? This honestly seems like workplace retaliation, who knows if the employee is even still working for the company . Should I quit before things get worse or it turns into a full on witch hunt ?
