Someone came in and HIT THE MIDDLE MANAGER and she was not only nonchalant, she didn’t even bother telling me about this, or filing a police report, or workman’s comp

I had to overhear her laughing about it to someone else! The owner/boss ofc didn’t offer her a day off, or send a storewide email to us, or put up security camera photographs or anything. Just a “teehee, watch out for orange hair guy” from the manager. Can someone else confirm I’m not crazy for thinking this is all nuts?
