I’ve been working for him for almost a year now I was hired to do marketing including updating his website and managing his online customers (it’s a brick & mortar business) paid 19/hr with 0 benefits working 80-90 hours a week and not always getting overtime. He makes me wear so many hats at work and I didn’t complain all I said was he is not giving me time to finish my marketing tasks which is what he hired me for. Because I am busy answering calls and playing sales associate and decorating the store and cleaning etc… yesterday he calls me in asks me what’s going on I said nothing he mentions I am not as focused as before and I told him because I am not given space to do my job. He asks me if I’ve been diagnosed for ADHD which no I haven’t and if anything I’ve always been praised for being able to multi task well. I just politely said no and told him he’s not giving me space to do my job. It’s holiday season I feel like quitting on the morning of the busiest day of the year since he’s understaffed just to screw with him. Am I over reacting ?
