…I’m not paid hourly, coworkers don’t depend on me getting there on time, and I can work as late I want as long as I at least put in 8 hours? This shit makes no sense. I was 5 minutes late today and my boss told me I need to do a better job of getting there on time. Bro I’m paid commission and consistently work 10 hour days. Why tf do I need to be there at 6:30am on the dot? To make you happy? I work WAY more hours than is expected of me in a week and it blows me away he actually told me to be there on time. Technically I only have to work 6:30-2:30. But I’m rarely ever done for the day until 4pm at least, and I’m always at work by 6:40 latest yet he’s all hung up on 5-10 min? Fuck out of here. End rant.
