I’m looking at PT job listings on Indeed.
Why is Sonic looking to hire a full-time car hop? Nobody wants to work at Sonic full-time! Probably not even the managers, much less a car-hop. Unless they’re getting a lot of tips which seems unlikely. Also seeing restaurants hiring full-time hosts for less than 12$ an hour. Who wants to work FT as a host at Chili’s, Applebee’s, or Cracker Barrel? To me these seem like exclusively part-time jobs. Especially with that rate of pay. Wouldn’t they get more applications if these positions were PT? Previously I’ve only seen PT ads for these jobs. So I’m just surprised and confused to see they’re hiring for FT positions. Anyone else noticing this? Any Sonic car-hops care to weigh in?
