Has anyone ever had an interview where you have to live record yourself answering questions to a timer? No chance to pause or edit or scrap if you make a fool of yourself… just 60 seconds to answer whatever question they fling at you. I just gave up on one via a platform called Sonru halfway though as it was such a soul destroying and degrading experience. If this is what it is like interviewing for jobs these days I will be sticking in my current job forever if i can… just to avoid going through the mortification of an experience like that! The worst part is the video still gets sent to the hiring manager even if you exit the interview midway and it makes me cringe so much that someone will watch that.
