Anybody ever done Sparkhire before? I just got an email saying the first round of interviews will be with Sparkhire. I looked it up and it's pretty much I video record myself answering their interview questions. I'm not sure how I feel about it. I get how it could be a good way to narrow down many qualified applicants, but it just feels off putting to me. The job is with a county gov, has great pay, and right in my area of expertise. I'm gonna do it, but was wondering what yall thought about?
