Hey guys, not sure where to post this at. But hopefully you all can help me out.
I started this new job a couple weeks ago and went through the orientation process and realized in their rule book that it says discussing wages is against the rules and can face consequences upto termination.
There was also another rule stating that if you forget to clock in or out there will be a 15 minute penalty. So, I’m assuming they take 15 minutes out of your pay check if you make a MISTAKE??
This doesn’t sound legal to me. I’m in Georgia.
Just felt like telling somebody. Seems to be a decent turnover rate. Wonder why. Any advice? Should I run?
