Started working for a British company from the States and I gotta complain about the payment schedule. Paid once a month, in arrears, last business day of the month.

I gotta donate some plasma since I have some cashed out vacation days to survive on til then. I lived with this crap while a student in the UK and while I’m trying to get back over there again, can I just ask why this is acceptable??
