State supervised mediation

Soon, I enter state supervised mediation with a former employer. The case is dual filed as the situation evolved on a federal installation. This state meets certain criteria, so the U.S DOL is allowing the state to handle it. I do retain the right to appeal to the U.S. DOL. The mediation is a zoom call.

I was asked for documents, position statements, and the charging document. I have already been informed I have gained the right to bring lawsuit into a court of law.

The situation is quite serious as it pertains to harassment and retaliation due to a OSHA report and a separate and unrelated workman's compensation. There were threats made, and these threats came to pass, an arrest was made, and this resolved in local court. The company I believe had been slandering me throughout their business network denying me any relevant positions for a number of years.

To further complicate things, the employer claims to have never received any harassment complaints. I made several separate complaints numerous different jobsites to multiple general contractors. Their lack of reporting is demonstrated in the OSHA report, a report I was denied the avenue to make by their hired OSHA representative. This forced me to report the incident to a OSHA representative I know out of state. To further weaken my employers stance, I believe the OSHA complaint was being investigated without my employers knowledge, during several of my harassment complaints.

What do I expect on this zoom call? What does the state mediator expect with these documents?
