During the pandemic, I ended up out of work and took a part-time position at a nonprofit organization. I am still looking for full-time employment, while I work 3 jobs. My immediate supervisor is a gold digger — married well with a husband who makes well over $100K, works a super cushy job, and pushes all hard work off to lower people — took a weeklong cruise with her husband, and brings me back a Bahamas magnet. She knows I need full-time work and insurance, yet, she will not convince upper management to place me in roles, I am qualified for! She and her husband can go on an $8,000 cruise (I found the copy of the check-in copier, a few months ago), but yet she will not convince management to give me insurance. (I am looking for work outside the agency!) I seriously want to tell her to go to hell!!!!! Toxic leadership at it's finest.
