Stop advertising the schedule as flexible when it’s not, please.

Listen, I know it's hard to find a WFH job with a flexible schedule. That's why I'm taking my time. I already have a job that I'm very good at, and it's tolerable. I'm not in a rush…but I also don't want to waste my time (and yours) applying for positions that won't fit my needs. When you say the schedule is flexible, I assume that means that I can work nights and weekends. I need to work a mid-shift, and I need a permanent Saturday. If you're offering Monday through Friday 9-5 with the option of sometimes leaving for an hour and making it up later…that's not flexible. That's standard.
