To make a long story short: my employer was abusive, spied on me, and recently I finally had it. I was going to wait 2 weeks after getting a new job but the spying bit pushed me over. Now, my insurance company has told me they don’t know if my policy will be active for long and to contact HR. Not possible since ex-job is a small business where the owner/operator is obviously unethical and feels she can withhold info. Any ideas what the status of my health insurance would be or how to find out?
