Strong union, fair wage, and good boundaries at work

Hey y’all. I’m lucky to have all of the above at my work place. However, I don’t want to live to work. I’m missing a balance in my life that doesn’t include commuting 5 days a week. I live in a major city and could move to another place with similar perks, but the restrictive clocked hours (albeit – I leave at the end of my contract) make me feel like a child. Am I crazy for wanting to leave this field? I know a corporation would be soul-sucking and shitty, but I’m tired spending 10 hours in a car per week. Any and all advice is welcome! (intentionally vague for privacy)
