Struggling with Mental Health Issues Caused by My Job

Hello everyone… I am an account controller for a remote accounting firm start-up. I have been struggling with anxiety and depression that is caused by stress at work, feeling on call at all hours of the day, especially since we work in multiple time zones around the world. I'm constantly managing chaos and everyone's negativity around our services. I don't even know what I'm doing anymore every day I feel so burnt out. My boss calls my personal number and from time to time we literally get in full on shouting matches at each other. I have gone to the board of directors for assistance in the past couple of weeks.

They said they appreciated the concerns I brought to them about my boss (being late to every meeting, not communicating with his staff, taking months to get our contracts signed with clients, etc.) Since then we have lost our unlimited PTO policy, I have been repeatedly denied for mental health days. I was denied my extra vacation days around Thanksgiving and Christmas and was really looking forward to having my usual 1 week to decompress around the holidays before the accounting busy season starts. I don't think that's too much to ask and is pretty common in our industry at all levels. I'm struggling, need this job, can't handle it anymore.
