I posted a while back about my previous employer withholding my final paycheck until I completed the various stipulations they had layed out for me. I begrudgingly did these things, but then still didn’t get my paycheck for another MONTH. I had to contact my Department of Labor and Wages and get a rep to go after them – which actually, felt really good. Now I have my paycheck AND they owe me damages / interest for the time they made me sit without money. Hehe.
