Last day tomorrow. 10 months, thrown in the deep end, no training. Boss sat me down after 6 months to say no raise unless i jump through hoops and brought in my own clients. No thank you. 10 months, 10 staff members came and went. I'm proud i lasted as long as i did, it got me where I need to go. Now I can't wait for tomorrow. I will miss my clients and the staff immensely but I refuse to be treated like I'm replaceable. I care for my clients so much and put in way more effort than what was in my pay grade. So enjoy the mediocre replacement and watch client engagement fall. Wish I could be a fly on the wall.
