Found out big chain auto repair company I was working for was time shaving for the 3 years I was there. A lawyer took my case but found I “e-signed” an arbitration agreement. I never signed such a thing and I mentioned to the mediator that this company is notorious for sharing employee passwords in the shop to get everyone caught up on online training and other documents that need attention every once in awhile. After a year we are finally coming to a settlement but it's only in the 4 digits. It's mainly unpaid wages but I wanted to sue big. The manager would have me come in on my days off and tell me not to clock in, double shifts (open and close the store 7am-7pm) but only get paid for 8 hours. I did this to be a team player and rise up the ranks which have worked because I started as a basic sales associate and went up a few positions to the service manager. Is this the end of this chapter or can I sue again?
