Suing my previous employer in small-claims for an unpaid travel claim and a COBRA violation

Summary: Worked in a contract-to-hire position for over a year, brought on fulltime, was fulltime for a month, fired without a reason or warning (probationary discharge), then HR reported it as termination for cause to unemployment five months later (illegal firing and didn't follow their own process). The last five months I was trying to get my COBRA set up and HR didn't do anything (the requirement per COBRA is within 30 days). Finally they reported my termination and then retroactively backdated and canceled my insurance, still haven't received my COBRA letter so I filed in small-claims and sued not only the company but also my former supervisor as he was ultimately responsibly for not doing the offboarding correctly. Wish me luck guys!
