I am injured and have a doctors note with restrictions stating that I can work from home. My supervisor denied it. I worked from home the first few months this year on this job due to covid. I do case management, so I’m able to do have my phone calls from home. Talked to HR and they said working request are up to supervisor discretion. It’s not a request, my doctor put me on restrictions!!!
