Supervisor should have gotten email notifications 90,60,and 30 days prior. Still no raise. It’s 4 weeks overdue. And the worst part about it is I MIGHT not get back pay according to HR. Tbh I’m pretty damn pissed. I work in a manual labor field, and work outside running equipment everyday, rain or shine. This isn’t like sitting in a dozer, safe from the elements. This is outside running chainsaws, brush saws, mowers, etc everyday. My job is mildly dangerous and I deserve to be fairly compensated for this and the years I’ve spent in this field. How should I handle this?
I almost want to refuse to work until the paperwork gets processed.
