My supervisor is insanely incompetent and I could make a massive post about all of the crazy shit they've done in the past 6 months I've worked here, but I dont have that kind of time.
So long story short, this time my boss says that all of the vacation days were approved except for saturdays. And that I have to find someone to take my saturday… in 5 months. I gave notice in febuary that I would be going on vacation in june, I feel like thats plenty of notice to schedual a replacement. I want to preface this with saying that my boss has a set schedual for everyone, specific cookie cutter days and times every week, forever. Realistically if someone requests a day off you put someone that has the avalibility in that place, am I right? But no, they want us to find our replacement for a shift now. I feel like thats not in my scope of job expectations, especially if my supervisor doesnt know how to schedual people.
Am I right here?
