supervisor telling about taking legal action against workers for making mistakes

It was threatening like just pure gaslighting about workers' rights..they said workers will never get away from the company if they try to outsmart the company.and by saying that they mean not trying to follow every shitty rules they made and the forced routine and low pay ..I felt disgusted to see this peoples just shouting there as lap dogs for this money hungry caputalists..they know they are outspoken…
