Supervisor told us that we must answer the phone when he calls, while serving a customer.

My supervisor called me while I was on break to tell me that we must answer the phone whenever he calls and if have a customer, to tell him we will call back, as he is tired of no one answering. And he even calls when our shift is over, just to ask how the day was, even though the area manager gets that data.
