my supervisor (50f native american/mexican) was sitting next to me (27f white) at a meeting and i looked over and accidentally saw her typing “n*r”. the phrase i saw was “being a n*r”. the text on her phone is massive, couldn’t miss it really…i don’t have context outside of that but i don’t know how to proceed. i’m in shock that she would be writing that kind of thing… how should i move forward? ask her about it? report it to my manager? and if i do report it, what would i say bc i don’t have context or proof…..
