I'm supposed to feel grateful for getting this job with one of the best employees but it seems like every company just has bigger flaws. Maybe it's just work in the US but there are things about the company or even just working that suck. Like how in some companies if you don't call ahead a day before saying you won't make it they tick you and at a certain ticks you get reprimanded or fired… like I'm supposed to know when I'm gonna get sick. Or how I have to sit and pretend I'm busy when there's nothing to do and at that point you're just paying me for time. Or the mean coworkers. Or how some jobs have fucked up parking situations or eating situations.
Just exhausted. Is it just in the US or certain companies? Feeling defeated.
