It’s a 10 hour flight and I used a global upgrade to get the lay down seats and enjoy the ride Once he found out, he said “the company paid for that seat, so I’ll go ahead and take it. You can sit back in economy” The guy literally stole the seat I earned away from me. I need a new job.
