Ok so this guy at work has been bothering me over the last week or so. He seems to take issue with me taking initiative to improve things at work. In no way does it affect or require anything from him. He started with making side comments about me to other coworkers and making fun of me. Well I told him that if he's so concerned about what i do or how i move he can talk to my husband about it. That statement, exactly as written, got me placed on suspension. How can a man insult and make fun of a woman be the one to be viewed as the victim? This man goes out of his way to make comments to me and after a week I finally speak up and I am possibly violating workplace violence?? I told my management that he keeps bothering me but I need investigating? I dont get it.
