Sustainability of “paying more” isn’t “achievable”

Overheard this morning that our company is looking for staff, and having a hard time. Apparently there's a shortage! And people are apparently being head-hunted and scalped from us. So weird! The un-sustainability is coming from the top, not from paying their employees a decent wage.

So, I'm on the lookout for a new job.
