I was asking to switch job types with the same company, going from hourly to commission structure. I have some pto and sick days saved up. How should I ask for these to be applied? They asked me to switch 8/1, but I have three weeks worth of hours. Has anyone else experienced this, or what is best way to proceed with getting this benefit I earned from previous service. thanks everyone!
