Currently have a very stable job with very good benefits, not much stress and lots of freebies to use but no growing potential. Got a job offer, lower pay but better growing potential, more stress require – more hassle, require lots of travelling visiting accounts but no car/gas allowance, only parking reimbursement, no benefit. The company is paying me but they want me to consider as “self employed” (what do I benefit from this? What else can I reimburse?) Because of the growing potential I am very interested in taking this offer but at the same time I am nervous about all the buts and leaving my financially, physically comfort zone. Appreciate for some insight
