I'm already late in filing because my former employer didn't send my information. I have been texting him to please email it to me. He said no problem but never did. I asked him to please send it today and no response. Does someone know of this is an issue for OSHA or the IRS to be contacted about? I am uncertain and my Google searches are confusing me more.
