Am I wrong? My friend is always in stress, overworked, work on weekend out of business hours because he has “lots of work to do”, yeah he has more money than i do, but its too high price to pay, anyway instead of our friday chill, he has some teambuilding activities, on friday, after work, so unpayd ofc,and he is obligated to go there, and see nothing wrong with that because its funny activities.., we fight over that because I cant understand, how it is normal, when work demand your free time and does not even pay for it
