So Last Friday the 17th I went in to get a check and they said it wasn’t ready come in Monday and they still said the same things it wasn’t ready so Tuesday I called once again and they said the person that does the payroll will call me back in an hour and the whole day they didn’t I remember hearing if they are late to paying me I get paid more right? I’m not sure what my next steps would be or should be anyone know what I should do next? Edit: I’m in the USA and live in California
