Temp job vs full time w benefits

I had a string of shit luck. Sept 2021, I was laid off by a giant bank. Found a gig in November with a six year old start up with first month start up issues. Basically the ceo was a crazy fuck that made promises and didn’t keep them, gas lit and lied to employees. He was abusive to a ton of people. I walked without much of a plan. 2 months later a temp agency approached me about a gig with the bank that laid me off. I didn’t really want to take it voiced my perspective on wanting fte roles with benefits – but shit, my kid’s gotta eat.
Since joining I have had zero work to do, a reorg and a reporting to a manager who I didn’t interview with nor has she reached out to even say hi or get a meeting. Seeing as though I have been laid off by this bank before I recognize the patterns of it: 1) no work 2) reorgs 3) overstaffed. I talked to the temp agency about my concerns – which I was told “someone else told me this too, I thought they were just being weird and haven’t gotten back to them.”
Parallel- a head hunter reached out about a full time paid position with another company. Pto: yes, more money: yes, actual benefits: yes. I went thru interviews and was offered the position.
I go back to the temp agency to see how I can leave on good terms and the contract recruiter says it reflects bad on me leaving and tries to shame me for wanting a stable and beneficial job. Also mentions I probably won’t work for either the contract company or the previous bank again due to bailing a month and a half in.

Do I leave with a 1 week or 2 week notice?
