Tempted to leave new job after they required us to return to office.

I accepted a new job a few months ago with great pay and benefits. When I accepted the role, I was told by my manager that my schedule was up to me, and I could choose to WFH or go into the office based on my own preference. Fast forward to 1.5 months after accepting the job, the entire company is told it's mandatory we return to office 3-days per week. So now I'm back in the office and starting to get fed up with it already. My team is based entirely in another state, so I commute into the office just to sit alone for 8-hours a day. Maybe I've just been spoiled with WFH – I do feel a bit guilty for thinking of resigning this early, but my free time is important to me, and I feel my company is a bit behind the times. Thoughts?
