So my attendance at work has been pretty good for the most part I'd say, I think I only missed 8 days this whole year, three of those days because of appointments
I've been feeling incredibly anxious and burnt out lately. I took a mental health day 2 weeks ago and I'm really feeling the need to take one tomorrow.
My work seems to be pretty understanding with it; as we almost never have a full crew each week but I'm still scared they'll reprimand me for calling in for doing it so close together.
is it wise? I work pretty hard but I can't keep going like this.
