Already reported to twc they are investigating. Boss was mad at me for quitting. He gave me a cell phone 2 years ago . Said it was a gift. I Said thank you and bought a Sim card for it put it on my plan used it for personal and work etc. Phone is dead and gone. I put in my notice and he says give me phone back or no last check. I don't acknowledge it just ask for my whole check. I submitted claim to two. Is there anything else I should have done? It's already been 4 weeks since last payday. Texas
