I work as a german-speaking agent at a call center for IT issues, and one of my senior colleagues just said I sucked at my job. here's the thing tho, my manager (not the same person) has said many times previously they're 'aggressively recruiting' new German-speaking agents but still haven't had much luck.
I'm in a team of 4 rn.
When I read her comment in our group chat, I just reacted with a heart-eye emoji and thought to myself “lol sucks for you I guess, I'm just here for that sweet paycheck” (unironically the salary's really damn good for my country)
