thank you all for the motivation to finally quit

I was working as a “chef” for 3 years now, when I started we were 6 guys working full-time in the kitchen, now a days and still using COVID as an excuse we were only 2 and 1 part-time. I worked 14 hours a day, 6 or 7 days of the week, and not only doing my job but doing things like delivering the money to the bank (around 50-60k a week) and everything you can imagine in a restaurant, even having to use my own car to go shopping for things they missed. All of this for 800 euros per month, my rent here in Portugal is 450 euros. When I asked for a raise he told me this “you just bought a 200 euros knife, I don't think you need it that much”. Yeah, I just bought that so I could work better cause he only gave us…

I just left him hanging, and now he has 6 people in the kitchen again, never felt happier, thank you all
