Long story short, job A posts schedules 2 weeks in advance and expects us to work our lives around that or give notice the exact day the schedule is posted.
I got job B which is actually related to my major and will help me get a much better paying job in the long run. However they post the schedule every Friday and it's M-F.
I tell job A about job B and how I want to prioritize that because job A is just a summer job, and their response is threatening to fire me……
I've been nothing but a great employee, I go above and beyond for them, I even got multiple awards for exceeding expectations and this is how they respond!?!??
