That that have quit their long term jobs, have you lost all effort to do things?

I had a 12 year job, everyday the same, school drop off, work, home, clean, school pick up. But since leaving I don’t have a job set up for now as I have lots of family commitments that are important. I just have zero effort anymore. It feels as my body has just shut down after working every day for that long then stopping. Sure getting out of the routine was hard but now my body literally feels like it given up. I attempt to do work on the house but even things like clearing the garden is a chore more than “oh need to clean the garden this weekend before I go back to work” now I have endless time. Sorry if that was word vomit or you had a stroke reading it. Tl;dr finished work, no effort mentally or physically for tasks now.
